The festivities kick off on Friday, 12 April 2024, with an exclusive food and wine paring event at the Riviera Hotel. Renowned local chef and Swartland resident, Rory Lamb, will curate the culinary experience, where each dish will be expertly matched with specially selected wines from the Swartland region. Guests will also be treated to the musical talents of local legend, Steyn Fourie, ensuring a night of sensory delight. For those seeking to indulge further, the celebration continues on Saturday, 13 April 2024 at the Laaiplek Hotel. From 11 am to 5 pm, Swartland producers will pour their finest wines, accompanied by the soulful tunes of the High End Blues band. The renowned Bester family will tantalize taste buds with tapas-style seafood, providing the perfect complement to the wines on offer.
